The AVANT 4.5 Edgebander is a specialised fire door solution that offers seamless edge banding. With its solid steel structure, the AVANT 4.5 offers great rigidity and excellent, ergonomic machining.
The structure of the AVANT 4.5 is completely different from the other series since the anchorage of the working groups is built horizontally, guaranteeing the maximum rigidity for high speeds and preventing the transmission of vibrations from the HF motor.
The AVANT 4.5 features an industrial sliding chain on two hardened, ground steel guides with non-markeing rubber pads.
Timer controlled automatic feeding allows for the precise adjustment of the in-feed surplus, minimising the waste of edging material.
The glue pot is able to work with EVA/PUR/PO glues as standard and the pnuematic cleaning system for both the glue pot and glue roller allows for an easy and quick change of glue.
A 10 inch TFT coloured touch screen makes for easy, ergonomic controls and monitoring of all machine functions.
