The Profil Compact Kitchen is a fully CNC-controlled profile moulder expertly engineered by Vertongen.

Featuring a 7″ touch panel, simple, ergonomic control of all functions and settings are guaranteed. Thanks to the centralised control via the touch panel, set-up times and adjustments have been made less time-consuming and easier to manage. For an even more straightforward time making adjustments, all axes set themselves into the correct positions simultaneously and automatically.

Thanks to the steel table and cut out for the vertical spindle, profile accuracy is exceedingly high and is capable of highly efficient, effective machining fit for the most demanding of craftsmen.

Precise and effective machining is granted thanks to a cut-off saw and one vertical spindle. The vertical spindle is uniquely engineered for stacking tools and has a length of 300mm.

The infeed unit brings the parts correctly under the main belt while the outfeed unit delivers the finished parts to the operator.

Offering quick and flexible machining, the outside fence allows the operator to change over in short amounts of time between parts of different widths.

The belt feeding device can transport parts with a minimum length of 4” and a minimum width of 1,5”

Airjets in the steel table create an air film between the timber and the table for better feed.

When combined with the Pentho Compact Kitchen, both machines unite to form a complete production line that offers an unparalleled machining ability.
