The Cehisa Range

• ONE: entry-level automatic edgebander with pre-milling, for 0.4 to 2mm edging on 10 to 45mm panels. A single phase version is available.
• OPTIM: one of the most compact industrial edgebanders at 2.35m long, with pre-milling, rounding, scrapers and buffers. Also available in single phase.
• Compact and Flexy: heavy-duty machines with a small footprint. The Compact PCS-Plus and Flexy PC add corner rounding.
• VERSA: chain-feed machine for solid wood lippings up to 5mm and tape up to 3mm, with a DUO-MELT glue pot for EVA and PUR.
• XPERT and Dynamic: motorised set-up for workshops that change edge type often.
• AVANT and PRO 12: Cehisa’s production machines. The AVANT 6.0 is its fastest and most powerful edgebander.

Choosing a Cehisa Edgebander

Start with your thickest edging and panels. The ONE and OPTIM take tape up to 2mm, while 3mm tape or solid lippings up to 5mm need a VERSA, XPERT or above. Choose corner rounding if you edge all four sides of doors and panels, and a DUO-MELT glue pot if you need PUR for kitchens and bathrooms. Tell us your panel sizes, edge materials and daily output and we’ll recommend a machine.

Cehisa Spare Parts and Servicing

We supply spare parts for the full Cehisa range, including older models. Send us the machine model, serial number, any part numbers and a photo of the part, and we’ll find it. We also handle servicing, breakdown support and repairs.
