Description
The SCM Nova TF100 is an entry-level professional spindle moulder designed for workshops that need dependable accuracy in a simple and easy-to-use format. As part of the SCM Nova range, it offers a practical balance of performance, flexibility and straightforward operation, making it well suited to smaller workshops or those carrying out a mix of general joinery tasks.
At its core is a fixed spindle system supported by a rigid cast iron column and table, providing stability and reducing vibration during operation. This allows the machine to deliver clean and consistent results when carrying out profiling, moulding, rebating and light tenoning work. The spindle is driven by a powerful motor and operates across four selectable speeds, allowing it to handle a range of tooling sizes and materials efficiently.
The machine is designed with simplicity in mind. All movements are adjusted using front-mounted hand wheels with mechanical readouts, allowing precise control over setup without the need for repeated test cuts. The spindle moulder fence features mechanical programming and digital-style indicators, enabling accurate positioning of the worktables down to fine tolerances and improving repeatability across jobs.
With the ability to accommodate tooling up to around 240 mm in diameter and optional accessories for extended applications, the Nova TF100 offers flexibility for a wide range of woodworking tasks.
