Compact 3 HY

​The Compact 3 HY is an advanced automatic spraying machine designed to deliver the benefits of automated spraying processes with exceptional flexibility. Equipped with a double-arm reciprocator that glides on high-precision guides, it ensures consistent and high-quality application in two steps. The pressurised spraying cabin, featuring a controlled ventilation system and double filtration at the air inlet, maintains optimal spraying conditions and facilitates easy cleaning and maintenance through access windows on both sides. ​

One of the standout features of the Compact 3 HY is its hybrid conveying system, which offers operational versatility. Depending on production needs, it can function with a paper protection system—ideal for small batch productions—or with a self-cleaning belt system equipped with a lacquer recovery and cleaning unit, suitable for larger production runs. ​

The machine’s electronic control system, available with either PLC or PC options, detects workpieces and manages the activation of spray guns, optimising the spraying process. Additionally, the OPTISPRAY software oversees spraying parameters, ensuring ease of use and consistent production quality.
