The SCM Model Class F410 Surface Planer is a heavy-duty surface planer built to last for years on end whilst remaining accurate and capable of producing perfect finishes. The cutter blocks can be altered to suit your needs via the ability to swap between different options – standard resharpenable, TERSA or Xylent systems.
The rugged, durable build will give you many years of service and the induction motor has been designed for full industrial use. All vibrations are totally absent thanks to the massive, cast ironwork table and maximum stability, reliability and ergonomics are guaranteed with the connecting rods.
The ribbed, cast ironwork table includes a parallelogram adjusting system combined with a CNC-machined steel base. For ease of use, all controls are situated on the panel above the worktable, in easy reach of the operator.
