Description

For demanding workloads in smaller workshops, the 410mm Sedgwick CP Planer Thicknesser is solid and highly durable, granting you many years of service with minimal maintenance. This cast iron planer thicknesser brings rear fixed tables into a compact, neatly designed structure.

The TERSA cutterblock makes for an exceptional finish and runs on sealed-for-life bearings. The cutterblock is driven by an industrial motor and heavy section vee belt which, combined with the centrifugal force of the large diameter block, provides vast power.

A dual-function chip collection hood is utilized which allows for the surfacing tables to remain in place whilst thicknessing – making for total avoidance of time-consuming changeovers. Additionally, the rear machine guard totally encloses the drive assembly but can be easily removed for any maintenance requirements.
