The addition of prismatic guides with recirculating spheres guarantees maximum linearity and minimum friction. Boosted productivity with high speeds that can be reached during the feeding stroke and return stroke (up to 170 m/min).

The saw carriage includes advanced technology capable of producing very high-quality finishes with great precision and high speeds. The blades are controlled electronically.

Flexcut 1/D and 1/S gives an efficiency advantage via the two pushers with independent strokes. Machining cycle times are drastically reduced thanks to the simultaneous processing of several bars with different cuts. 1/S is fitted with a single gripper giving two independent cutting axes at a low price. 1/D assures excellent flexibility via the mobile unit being fitted with two grippers. The second gripper can be excluded – guaranteeing a wide variability in the width of the strips that can be gripped.

Additionally, tool changing has been greatly simplified and can be executed swiftly thanks to the “saw-set”. The electronic settings allow for fast and precise tool adjustments – boosting both ease of use and productivity.
