Description
The SCM Class TF130E Pro 10 TL is an advanced spindle moulder built for workshops that require both precision profiling and efficient tenoning in a single machine. As part of the SCM Class range, it combines a traditional fixed spindle setup with electronic control and an integrated tenoning system, making it well suited to production environments where speed and repeatability are important.
At its core is a heavy-duty fixed spindle supported by a rigid cast iron column and worktable, providing excellent stability and reducing vibration during operation. This ensures clean, accurate finishes when carrying out shaping, rebating, grooving and profiling tasks. The “E” version includes powered spindle rise and fall with digital readouts, allowing quick and precise adjustment without repeated test cuts, which improves efficiency and consistency across jobs.
What sets the Pro 10 TL version apart is its dedicated tenoning setup. The machine includes a manual feed tenoning carriage running on precision guides, allowing components to be machined accurately and consistently.
