Description

Thanks to a heavily-ribbed, cast iron table and interchangeable feed rollers, the SCM Model S630 Nova Thickness Planer brings with it high degrees of flexibility, precision and solid rigidity.

With a digital readout feature and a powered rise and fall system, the table can be easily adjusted and set to meet the operator’s requirements. The 4 feed speeds of the S630 Nova make for versatile, accurate processing and a top-quality finish. The addition of interchangeable rollers with quick and easy changeover procedures allows for the operator to have a greater degree of control and more flexibility with the machine.

The need for locking in position has been eliminated thanks to the 4 screws with a large diameter combined with the 2 side linear guides. Each of the features creates greater stability for the table and eliminates the need for a lock-in-position feature.
