The closed-loop structure of the saw unit makes for the absence of disruptive vibrations which hinder efficiency and productivity. The closed-loop structure ensures that the blades are perfectly aligned during tilted and difficult cuts.Â
As the sliding bearings are mounted on hardened steel guides, smooth movement is guaranteed during operation as a result of sliding bearings. The wide section of the carriage and its closed reticular geometry provide additional rigidity and minimum deflection. Thanks to the dedicated gearbox, fully protected from dust – ease of use is inherent with smooth and direct transmission. Blade adjustments correspond accurately to the ergonomic handwheel.
