Main structure:
– Heavy duty mono bloc structure, thick steel plate electro welded for maximum stability
– 1 fixed left shoulder and 1 moving right shoulder for setting loading length
– Movement of right side on linear slides with digital position readout
Milling units:
– 1+1 lateral milling unit with motors 4kw 6000 rpm, speed adjustable via inverter
– 40mm dia shafts useful length 100mm
– Vertical movement via pneumatic cylinder with hydraulic brake
– Useful vertical milling capacity of 200mm
– Max dia of tools 160mm
– Milling units inclinable in horizontal plane via adjustment screw with digital readout for position
Holding benches:
1+1 holding benches with anti-splinter chipping devices
1+1 lateral reference stops for piece positioning
1 +1 frontal reference stops with possibility to set 2 different positions (male/female joint) by selector on control bar. Male/female position adjustable with screw and Siko mechanical readout
