Thanks to SCM’s advanced technology, the SCM Model Ti145EP-LL Class Electronic Tilting Spindle Moulder is a high-end, tilting spindle moulder that is capable of high precision machining whilst only requiring minimal setup times. The machine has a great focus on safety and ease of use, making the operating process far easier and less risky.

With the addition of the “FLEX-ONE” fence, adjusting the fence is as easy as ever and allows for far easier, safer operation. The fence has automatic positioning with a digital depth indicator which totally eliminates the need for test runs, further amplifying the ease-of-use factor.

The material being processed will also be greatly supported by the “FAST” sectional worktable, adding to the sturdiness and stability of the workpiece – and by extension, ensuring the accuracy of the finished product. Due to its close proximity to the tool, the workpiece can be easily and ergonomically adjusted with mounted tools.

The tedious and time-consuming requirement of keys to unlock tools has been made obsolete thanks to the “T-SET” feature of this spindle moulder. Tools can be quickly and efficiently locked/unlocked thanks to the compressed air gun. Not only does this make for faster, more flexible operation, but it makes the machine safer to operate.

Lifting and tilting functions and spindle moulder positioning can be controlled electronically thanks to the “READY” control panel. Monitoring of the spindle speed can also be overseen alongside counting and calculation features. The control panel is straightforward to use and makes for far greater efficiency, safety and control.
