Description

The SCM Class TF130E LL is an advanced spindle moulder built for workshops that need a combination of precision, power and efficiency. As part of the SCM Class range, it takes a traditional fixed spindle machine and enhances it with electronic adjustment, allowing faster setup and improved repeatability across a wide range of joinery tasks.

At the centre of the machine is a fixed spindle supported by a heavy cast iron column and worktable, providing excellent rigidity and reducing vibration during operation. This ensures clean, accurate finishes when carrying out profiling, rebating, grooving and tenoning work, even with larger tooling or demanding materials.

The “E” version introduces powered spindle rise and fall with a digital readout, allowing the operator to set working height quickly and accurately. This reduces setup time and removes the need for repeated test cuts, which is especially useful in production environments where consistency is key.

The machine also features a precision fence system with mechanical programming and digital-style readouts, enabling positioning down to a tenth of a millimetre. This improves accuracy and repeatability across jobs, making it easier to switch between different setups with minimal downtime.
