The Minimax Model F41ES Surface Planer is suited to impress only the most demanding of craftsmen with its 95mm diameter cutting block, 4 knives, high rigid fence and the optional “Xilent” spiral knife cutter block with 3 series of knives.
For a perfect finish, the pressure of the thicknesser feed roller is able to be adjusted according to the type of material being processed. The roller infeed has a helicoidal profile to ensure firm, constant workpiece feed whilst the outfeed roller (in sandblasted steel) sustains the perfect post-processing finishing.
Alongside an exceptional finish, the “Xilent” spiral knife also has reduced noise – making for a more comfortable, less obtrusive working environment. Also adding to a more environmentally friendly, less pollutive and healthier workplace is the improved dust extraction via the small chips.
