– Heavy duty mono bloc structure, thick steel plate electro welded for maximum stability

– 1 fixed left shoulder and 1 moving right shoulder for setting loading length

– 1+1 lateral milling unit with motors 4kw 6000 rpm, speed adjustable via inverter

– Vertical movement via pneumatic cylinder with hydraulic brake

– Milling units inclinable in horizontal plane via adjustment screw with digital readout for position

1+1 holding benches with anti-splinter chipping devices

1+1 lateral reference stops for piece positioning

1 +1 frontal reference stops with possibility to set 2 different positions (male/female joint) by selector on control bar. Male/female position adjustable with screw and Siko mechanical readout

– 2 hand push button control for cycle start

– Sound proof protection cabin with rear inspection door / electrically interlocked

– Frontal clear polycarbonate shield, with vertical opening / closing  synchronised to the machine cycle
